All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery while the courier is still present.
• If an item is damaged, broken, or incorrect, the customer must refuse delivery on the spot.
• The item will be returned immediately with the courier, and no delivery fees will be charged.
• Once the courier leaves and the order has been accepted, the items are considered received in perfect condition.
This procedure is essential to protect fragile handcrafted pieces from damage that may occur after delivery.
Refund and Exchange Policy
At Turath, every piece is handcrafted with exceptional care using delicate materials such as alabaster, glass, and silver-plated copper.
Because of the fragile and artisanal nature of our creations, the following policy ensures fairness, clarity, and the protection of each handcrafted object.
Inspection at the Time of Delivery
Exchanges for Unused Items
For items that are not defective:
• Exchange requests may be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be completely unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in original packaging and condition with all accessories intact.
• Any sign of use, including:
• filling tea or coffee sets
• lighting candles
• connecting electrical lamps
• washing, polishing, or handling that alters the item
will make the product ineligible for exchange or return.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:
• Damage occurs after delivery due to handling, washing, heat, moisture, or impact.
• The product shows any indication of use.
• Original packaging or protective materials are missing, opened improperly, or altered.
• Delivery was accepted despite visible damage or incorrect items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Shipping Fees
• Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable, except when delivery is refused at the door due to damage or incorrect items as stated above.
Refund Method & Processing
• Approved refunds are only issued through online payments (Instapay, mobile-wallet, and bank transfer).
• Processing begins only after the returned item is received and inspected to confirm compliance with this policy.
